Fashion News- Limited Too makes a return

According to Business Insider tween staple Limited Too is making a return. Equipped with new owner Bluestar Alliance the store is marking its return for fall 2016 with plans to open 200 stores.

Founded in 1987 as the younger spin off of The Limited it was renamed Tween Brands in 2006.

 Stores were closed in 2008 as a result of the recession while some remained opened and renamed Justice.
