Milan Fashion Week
had its shares of memorable collections for the Autumn2015 & Winter2016 seasons. I narrowed it down to the collections that
made lasting impressions and which were my favorites from the week.
Day 1 (2/25/15)
Genny Women’s F/W 2015/2016
Two of my favorite
things from this collection are the color palette and detailing.
Fausto Puglisi Women’s F/W 2015/2016
For this collection I
liked the transition between neutral and bright colors on the looks.

Max Mara Women’s F/W 2015/2016
There is an interesting combination of pastel and neutral color tones. The cable knit sweater and the quilt looks are definitely the standouts to me.

Day 3 (2/27/15)
Iceberg Women F/W 2015/2016
I like the variety of the looks in this collection. I can see a lot of wearable options for ladies from the office to a night out with the girls.
Tod's Women F/W 2015/2016
Bottega Veneta Women F/W 2015/2016
There are a lot of prints throughout this collection, but it also a good helping of solid sprinkled in as well.
Ermanno Scervino Women F/W 2015/2016
Day 5(3/1/15)
Massimo Rebecchi F/W 2015/2016
Another favorite print of mine would have to be plaid and here it is done right. The pastel is the perfect compliment.
John Richmond F/W 2015/2016
Darker looks reigned in this collection, but the lighter looks shouldn't be looked over. The looks sans fur were definitely were a highlight for me. This collection gives femininity and strength.
Missoni F/W 2015/2016
Missoni showed why their signature print is a mainstay. Each look is distinctive yet doesn't outshine its fellow designs. Each season they managed to offere what we all come to expect from Missoni
in ingenious ways.
