Vibrant colors, 14kGold, and Crinolines are just some of the design elements that appeared in Spring 2017 Bridal Fashion Week. It is one of our personal favorite fashion weeks that we look forward to each year. It wrapped up last week and we recapping some of the collections. Whether you’re a bridal fashion fan or a bride-to- be here are some of the trends to look out for.

This is the designer’s 1st bridal collection which he uses elements from the label’s Ready-to-Wear collection.

For the bride with a dramatic flair, this is the collection for her especially the dramatic train which can be double as a convertible veil.

Ines Di Santo Bridal Spring 2017

This label never disappoints us each season. We will especially like the inclusion of a curly hair model.

Peter Langner Bridal Spring 2017

Langner decided to go with the effortlessness and sophistication for his Spring 2017 collection. Our favorite part is the different color gowns. It is great for the brides who are looking gowns that aren’t “traditionally white”.

Olia Zavozina Bridal Spring 2017

The Nashville –based designer has gained acclaim for designs for hit TV series “Nashville” and Olympic Gold Medal gymnast Shawn Johnson’s wedding gown.

Tony Ward for Kleinfeld Bridal Spring 2017

Sheer mesh panels were a popular design element used throughout this collection. Ward incorporates princess styles and sensual sheaths featured transparent detailing along with encrusted lace.

Delphine Manivet Bridal Spring 2017

This collection took inspiration from 17th and 19th centuries France. It was also an interesting use of crinolines.

Austin Scarlett Bridal Spring 2017

The five-piece collection sought inspiration from a night out at Carnegie Hall with each gown having a musical name.

Kelly Faetanini Bridal Spring 2017

Faetanini took notes from the Victorian era. One of the standout gowns from this collection would have to be final gown consisting of a 14-carat gold hand-painted goose-feather bodice and an ostrich feather ball skirt.
