We here at My Own Sense of Fashion are always looking for the best when it comes to emerging and major fashion. So when I was contacted by Luxe and Curves ® to review one of their new clutches from the new accessories line I couldn’t pass up the chance. For those who aren’t familiar Luxe and Curves is an emerging fashion brand that specializes in contemporary modest vintage inspired designs. Created and designed by Rachael Al- Mahdi, Luxe and Curves®
offer cutting edge designs for the plus size woman who wants to show off her curves in an alluring yet classy way. I received their “Sabrina” Custom Made Patent Leather Pyramid Clutch to review.
Here are my thoughts below.
Color
The overall black color shines with pops of color thanks to the sewn on flowers for a prominent contrast. I think was an interesting choice to make each flower be a different color and style.

One thing that sets this clutch apart from the others is the detailing. Not only is it pyramid in shaped contains double zippers which is one of my personal favorite features. The clutch itself is made from Patent Leather which gives it a sophisticated feel. Another feature to point out is the lining. When it comes to handbags and clutches I like to pay close attention to the inside detailing as much as the outside. This particular lining is not only colorful but further adds more to the details of the clutch. You also can’t forget the custom Luxe and Curves ®
ribbon label inside. It just adds a personalized touch. The strap is the right length for the ladies to carry at their choice destination.

Outfit Pairings
This clutch can be easily paired with your cute skirt or jeans along with your favorite blouse for a casual look. Pair it with your favorite cocktail dress for a more formal look.

Overall, this clutch will be a great addition to any clutch collection. Some of the flowers got a little shifted during the shipping. Aside from this, I don’t have any other complaints. This is definitely a clutch for the basics (keys, lipstick, credit cards and etc.) so I wouldn’t overload it. Now I will admit I don’t wear a lot of prints or floral prints in my wardrobe. However, receiving this clutch I will have to reconsider incorporating them more.
